nerf knifes cuz they r super op with extra physical damage lower cd and more knifes, i reccomend making their cd higher to like 1-1.3, also i think buffing the moves that go to your mouse position in general would be cool too cuz rn the meta (i think) is just to use "target random enemy" ones cuz they 1. dont require you to aim 2. are just as good if not better than other moves most of them have aoe and 3. are ez to afk with to get to high world levels. and i think it would be cool if the ones where you use your mouse cursor had a damage buff or maybe cd reduce cuz they arnt very good rn.
rlly fun game so far but i do have some suggestions.
the combat is fun and you can really feel your power grow but with that, this is kind of a 2 in one but the combat gets really slow and monotone as the world levels increase, but starting at a higher level puts you at a disadvantage in general and you might just be one shot or progress even slower. but you kinda have to do it to level up and gain skill points plus new areas. i suggest you 1. make leveling easier or have a way for you to add challenge to the game like debuffs and such or removing certain elements in exchange for more exp. and 2. this would be fixed by doing 1 but make the combat more interesting by adding (past world level 10 or 15) enimies from diff worlds or just the same enimies but with gimicks and buffs like when the angel dies it shoots out 6 orbs all around it. or just add bosses, bosses would be cool too (when u finish a world level or every 5 world levels)
This game is so much fun. I love your art style, it looks very cute. When choosing two carvings, I don't know how each stat affects my character, so I'm unsure which one to choose. I think you should include a description of each stat when selecting carvings

I understand it's quite inspired by games like vampire survivors - hence the auto attack and everything auto, but might be cool to consider a more active participation from the player or an optional setting where it could be more like an action game where you need to press the mouse to attack. And the skill bar would be with activatable skill slots. So in a way innovating or bringing something new in terms of mechanics and gameplay in this genre. But that might be a completely other game though, so it's understandable you might not want to go that way.
Anyway - you have something really cool on your hands. cant wait to play the full game!!!

So far, the elements don't really have any crucial differences. Cold has high range aoe, ranged attacks, low range aoe. Lightning has high range aoe, low range aoe and so on.
I'd like to see larger pros and cons for picking a particular element over another.
Same with the additional effects each element provides. Ignite, Bleed and Shock are essentially the same effect in a different costume.
Some of the gameplay elements could use cleaning up. At one point it becomes nigh impossible to differentiate between projectiles, xp orbs, player's abilities and enemies. Perhaps stronger color-coding could be used to improve this.
More abilities. So far there aren't that many different skills and those that are here, as mentioned before, are very similar to each other. More variety. Perhaps using the carving system, one could add/remove various effects from skills themselves. For instance, place fiery rune on cursor, but it explodes after 3 seconds and so on.
